I was supposed to be at the school project today, but had to phone in sick, which really pained me.  I was in this instance completely drained though, and I think had I attempted to work I would have lasted about half an hour maximum.  I spent the morning in bed, and then the afternoon on light paperwork duties, organising my new session in Borehamwood which starts next month.  I am hoping that it is a success, as we could do with it, and there is scope for more sessions.  I have also been asked to run another After School club, and will need to employ someone else to do it if we do go for it!  This is all great.  I managed to get fit enough to run the evening session, which went ok considering how I felt, but we had one or two missing.  In the evening I watched Spurs drawing 0-0 at Anfield, and then nodded off.  I am not very Rock and Roll right now.
